Matt Conn's practice primarily involves the representation of individuals and businesses in a variety of civil matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Conn has experience in insurance coverage litigation, business disputes, personal injury actions and the representation of blasting contractors. Mr. Conn also has experience in multi-party complex environmental litigation in federal court.

Mr. Conn has been admitted to practice on a pro hac basis in the states of Tennessee and Georgia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, and the Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Conn has been admitted to practice on a pro hac basis in the state of Tennessee.

Mr. Conn received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Conn is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
