Jennifer Bailey's primary practice area is general civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice and personal injury. She has experience in employment and business law and worked as an assistant attorney general for the State of Tennessee. Ms. Bailey has assisted in appeals before the Florida Supreme Court, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Bailey is admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama, Tennessee and Florida. She has been admitted to all federal courts in Florida and Tennessee, as well as the 6th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Bailey worked as a registered nurse at Shands at the University of Florida.

Ms. Bailey received her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 2002. Ms. Bailey graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
